What do you like best about the leadership team?
He is so very much better than the other guy I have to do what I can do to help with the kids and he is so very much better than me and I don't know what to do with them and I think he is so very much better than me and I don't know what to do with them and I think he is so very much better than me

Clear cut directions on what is to be done, with adequate training and resources so that each team member is ready and prepared for whatever role they must fill

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TJ needs to be put is his place and stop verbally abusing employees. Alisha is and amazing manager.
Being nicer to new employees and actually train them.
It would help if you knew your leaders at the least be able to meet them face to face at least once
What is the best part about your compensation package?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
increasing the pay and different management
I am a housekeeping supervisor and I do alot and I feel the pay should be more, But I need a job so I went for it..
Slightly more competitive rates in the market.
I feel since I got hired as a department manager I am getting paid the bare minimum salary and I am working more hours than what is nessacary I feel I'm getting taking advantage since I'm on salary now and not an hourly employee getting paid overtime.
It would be a huge difference if there was a retirement plan
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are the best group of managers that I've ever seen! My Administration know how to handle people.
Alisha is a great manager and knows how to interact well with employees
We understand each other task and overcoming obstacles
They get along with eachother very well. Very little clashing.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The front desk manager at the La Quinta manager Maria is very unproffesional. She belittle's her employee's. She will yell at them and later apologize for her actions as if they are supposed to forget what she has done.
Everyone needs to communicate, no one communicates or likes each other
We could all be a little more consistent
sharing and equal opportunity. there should be more rotation

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The guest and kitchen were always pleasant.

When we can execute a task without any interruptions
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The new employeses are not trained and treated fairly. The supervisor is rude and talks about employees. We're not given proper cleaning materials to clean rooms and not given enough time to clean tooms the way they should be.
