What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Since we are now shivering scared for what our future holds and we have a high burnout rate we are very much ready to move on. None of us care as much about the company any more as management cares about itself or its own visions of how things should be.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being honest. They are hanging us out to dry so they can get their version of a future for the company as they wipe us away like butt dirt on toilet paper.
