It was fine. But it was not disclosed that nepotism is not only taking place, it is the policy of this company.

I appreciate the fact that leadership appears to invest in the employees there. Over the past three years there appears to be new and innovative ideas coming from this company as well as a little more diversity.

The previous management structure has been completely removed. The IT staff is going to be cut by 40% to save costs as we descend into the Hunger Games for survival. The current modernization transition is being performed by the current staff they will be letting go. They are not honest with us.
