What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about the average employee.
We are kept informed about what is going on with the company that affects the employees.

Employee oriented. Dept manager really seems to care about her employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being honest. They are hanging us out to dry so they can get their version of a future for the company as they wipe us away like butt dirt on toilet paper.
Stop the nepotism and the outdated systems and processes
What is the best part about your compensation package?
This company still offers a pension.
We have a pension and fairly decent health insurance but that is retreating every year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay, work from home, flexible work schedule, better 401k match,
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a team that suports each other.
Fun, funny, smart and very hardworking.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Since we are now shivering scared for what our future holds and we have a high burnout rate we are very much ready to move on. None of us care as much about the company any more as management cares about itself or its own visions of how things should be.
There is a lack of teamwork
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have a great leader.
EMC is truly concerned about their employees.
We are on agile teams so we are no longer individually bothered by the business areas. So we can at least in essence take our own responsibility for our work until they fire all of use they praise for our business experience.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More diversity, stop hiring unqualified family. Hire more staff
What did you like most about the interview process?
Fair to all that are looking for a job or advancement.
It was fine. But it was not disclosed that nepotism is not only taking place, it is the policy of this company.
My Interview was over a decade ago. It was 5 managers though arranged around you that would throw questions at you from all directions or try to scare you with code samples.

Helping my customers and agents.
I am no longer happy at work at EMC. I can feel the sorrow in my brow everyday.

Use update system so employees have relevant skills.
