Mr. R. Kevin Matz has been an Executive Vice President of Shared Services of EMCOR Group Inc. since December 2007. Mr. Matz oversees the departments responsible for the provision of centralized professional services to EMCOR's 76 subsidiaries and more than 170 offices: Marketing & Communications, Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, Safety & Quality and Investor Relations, together with Corporate Administration. He also plays a major role in corporate strategic development and execution, including his leadership of the EMCOR management team. Mr. Matz served as a Senior Vice President of Shared Services of EMCOR Group, Inc. since June 2003. From April 1996 to June 2003, Mr. Matz served as a Vice President and Treasurer of EMCOR Group, Inc. and Staff Vice President of Financial Services of EMCOR Group, Inc. from March 1993 to April 1996. From March 1991 to March 1993, Mr. Matz served as Treasurer of Sprague Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of electronic components. He has a graduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and holds bachelor's degrees from Drew University.
