Michael P. Bordes — Chief Executive Officer of EMCOR Building Services and President of EMCOR Building Services at EMCOR Group

Mr. Michael P. Bordes, also known as Mike, serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of EMCOR Building Services at EMCOR Group Inc. Mr. Bordes served as the President of EMCOR Mechanical Services at EMCOR Group Inc. Mr. Bordes is one of the driving forces behind the growth and operational excellence of EMCOR's domestic mechanical services business. He also played a vital role in EMCOR Facilities Services' rise to its present position as the industry leader. With more than 22 years of experience in the HVAC and controls industry, he began building his expertise as a Sales Manager and Sales Engineer of Siebe Environmental Controls (Now Invensys). In 1997, he moved to United Technologies - Carrier Corporation, where he managed sales and operations functions. He served as a Carrier Zone General Manager of United Technologies - Carrier Corporation and was responsible for a $140m commercial services business in the US and a $25m service business in Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in General Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
