Annual bonus works very well
Vacation, sick, and paid "floating" holidays amount to ~4 weeks a year.

Longer term incentives, share, deferred compensation
It's affordable and competitive. I appreciate that I don't pay much for great health care.
Healthcare is affordable, and wellness incentives are given throughout the year.

The pay is OK but could be better
Health pkg and 401k and vacation time
In total, all PTO adds up to like 5 weeks (crazy amount!). You can call off with less than 24 hours of notice. 6% 401k matching with great insurance. They even have pet insurance!!! Will pay 10k a year of tuition to put you through school. Nice bonus and yearly raise.
Compensation was ok. Got matching 6% on 401K
Salary and bonus is good
Health insurance, 3 weeks vacation from day 1
Its a German company. Its very good.
I always had benefits with all companies so not sure.
The pay was decent and good benefits
Great health insurance and other insurance options
As I said it has nothing to do with the job in general, its management and the way its run

Bennefits package for my family
Review from Engineering Dept
The best for me is the yearly bonus.
Review from Operations Dept
The amount of time off I am allowed, even from the get go, was generous, allowing me plenty of time to spend with my family.

The offer a broad range of options
I feel valued. But the salary is less
Review from Product Dept
No stock options or profit sharing, only able to get blue cross blue shield
Demand in the market is very high for my skills
We are paid way below the market value; embarrassing low.
Review from Operations Dept
I would like to be paid more
Review from Engineering Dept
We are purposely undervalued. We were told in a company wide meeting that Sigma does not desire to be a top payer but instead to stay in the middle.
