What is the best part about your compensation package?

Annual bonus works very well

Vacation, sick, and paid "floating" holidays amount to ~4 weeks a year.

Longer term incentives, share, deferred compensation

It's affordable and competitive. I appreciate that I don't pay much for great health care.

Healthcare is affordable, and wellness incentives are given throughout the year.

The pay is OK but could be better

Health pkg and 401k and vacation time

In total, all PTO adds up to like 5 weeks (crazy amount!). You can call off with less than 24 hours of notice. 6% 401k matching with great insurance. They even have pet insurance!!! Will pay 10k a year of tuition to put you through school. Nice bonus and yearly raise.
