When people actually listen, and when I am allowed to work on something I care about. I also think that completing things rather than fighting todays latest fire and dropping everything else that came before it is a good way to do things. But we dont do it that way....

A lot of deviations and delays. Capacity should be improved.
The branding of the company is fine. They give away a lot of company logo swag and makes customers feel good about doing business with them
I seriously could write a book about all the bull that goes on around there from management sleeping in the office to harassment
That while place is a train wreck. Everything needs to be organized. And seriously 90%of the management team needs to go. That's another reason my shift and team got so close was we didn't even need any of them we knew what needed to get done. The bosses stepping is everything gets messed up

Workers are not valued at all, lied to, and treated as second class employees. After being bought, they indicating things would change, but giving us false hope while slowly dialing back benefits has left everyone more or less un-engaged and further destroyed morale.

I am part of the CMO business, timelines are too short and the emphasis is on more people instead of allowing the people we have to work more efficiently

Our company is huge and very diverse in it's holdings so it will succeed but my area will not. ITt will be slowly eliminated to cut wageds as jobs are sent to cheaper labor markets.
