So anything. Useless people just sit in office and complain they have to come out their office

Less busy paperwork and be more nimble and agile. Stop giving promotions to friends

Stop lying, stop using people, start caring about your people, stop being fake, stop being mean, start being transparent and honest and quit taking advantage of everybody under you.

Paying attention to your middle managers. They make people who care, want to quite because they are idiots.

EVERYTHING!!! None of them know what they are doing. I would have the boss come ask me to go train someone or help, it was ridiculous

Pay. Actually invest in our resources. My R&D group actually makes a profit before they are even scaled-uped and make serious bank. But the company refuses to spens any money on us. Our group has been hearing about expansion for 10+ years and nothing, but instead our lab is falling apart.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

A lot of deviations and delays. Capacity should be improved.

The branding of the company is fine. They give away a lot of company logo swag and makes customers feel good about doing business with them

I seriously could write a book about all the bull that goes on around there from management sleeping in the office to harassment

That while place is a train wreck. Everything needs to be organized. And seriously 90%of the management team needs to go. That's another reason my shift and team got so close was we didn't even need any of them we knew what needed to get done. The bosses stepping is everything gets messed up

Workers are not valued at all, lied to, and treated as second class employees. After being bought, they indicating things would change, but giving us false hope while slowly dialing back benefits has left everyone more or less un-engaged and further destroyed morale.
