What did you like most about the interview process?

The interview panel contained leadership across several functions. The process contained honesty and transparency to allow me to know what the situation was prior to agreeing to enter it.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There appears to be an imbalance between operational needs, innovative initiatives and resourcing. There are many people dedicated to creative innovation and cultural initiatives while frontline workers feel overwhelmed and unable to find time to participate in those initiatives.
