What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team has a strong vision for growth
They are very transparent and share information willingly. They are not afraid to say that they don't know something and they follow up.

The fact that they are very transparent and keep employees abreast of changes witth the organization, good and bad.

Base salary is fair and aligned with the market for the expectations and responsibilities associated with the career level
The base pay is outstanding!

My salary is the best part of my compensation package.
Salary is above market and bonus/stock awards are also generous.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The work ethic and creativity in solution development
Everyone works hard to accomplish the goal. Everyone shares responsibility and credit. No one is afraid of a challenge. Their is accountability and people do not get defensive.
Bring best selves to work
The collaborative nature, and how we like to see one another succeed.
Everyone is really out to support and help - very little office politics or unproductive competition. It seems like everyone is on the same team, working toward shared goals, and operating with shared values.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has best the intentions
The understanding that everyone has a life outside of Emergent.
Transparent culture with lots of accessibility to leaders at every level. People really believe in the mission and care about their co workers.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview panel contained leadership across several functions. The process contained honesty and transparency to allow me to know what the situation was prior to agreeing to enter it.
Very direct questions. Relevant questions.
There is a process and training
The amount of time that it takes, you interview with a lot of different individuals from different departments.
It went fairly quickly and they communicated well throughout. Nice balance of letting me meet people without overwhelming me with too many interviews.

The freedom to do my work without micromanagement.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There appears to be an imbalance between operational needs, innovative initiatives and resourcing. There are many people dedicated to creative innovation and cultural initiatives while frontline workers feel overwhelmed and unable to find time to participate in those initiatives.
