What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team fosters a punitive culture that does not put people first. There is a sense of arrogance that permeates in management. You get a feeling that you should be grateful no matter how badly the company treats you. The company refers to itself in weekly newsletter as The Business.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Accommodation allowance was taken away, and employees forced to move into company provided housing.
