he does his work perfect professionally and respectfully to his costumers as well as to his employees

The leadership team fosters a punitive culture that does not put people first. There is a sense of arrogance that permeates in management. You get a feeling that you should be grateful no matter how badly the company treats you. The company refers to itself in weekly newsletter as The Business.

Accommodation allowance was taken away, and employees forced to move into company provided housing.
