- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Once again. Better Contractor relationships. Not fear mongering.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Constantly moving the goal post. There's no such thing as a bonus at Empire anymore.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Contractor relationships are imperative to have a happy workforce. That is not conducive in San Diego.
