Equity conditions may needs to clean house. Fire 60-70 percent and start over. Awful communications. Support. Get honest people with integrity.
Completey change culture. Get rid of managers that have been there for over 10 years. Change the meat grinder mentality. Respect sales reps and their opinions. Stop extreme nepotism. Managers to sales reps. As long as you have been there for 10 years you will get best leads.
Unorganized and unorganized with no clear direction.
Allow reps to control more of the pricing instead of making them call in to beg for a discount for their client.
Constantly moving the goal post. There's no such thing as a bonus at Empire anymore.

Higher payout. Stupid having people drive 4-5 hours a day to make $50-$100. Ridiculous. Extreme nepotism. At mercy of unscrupulous and dishonest managers. Only helping a few reps Let others fail and suit. They don’t care at all about sales reps. Brutal low pay
The company pays you an average to blow up her salary to work seven days a week.
Long hours, very stressful environment.
Get honest and supportive sales managers and leaders.
If managers were leaders than that would influence the people under them in a healthier work environment.

Everyone is really stressed. It causes a survival of the fittest type atmosphere. No one takes accountability for their own faults or portion of business. Customers are constantly complaining about service, because our departments cannot work well together.

My Sales Manager is always looking for negatives which he uses as controlling over supervision. He makes me feel like he demands obedience to his request or comments which is usually insulting to my intelligence and 50 years in direct sales and marketing experience. Micro Management is insulting.
