Ask sales reps to do a review of sales managers and regional managers. Installation group. Make sure it’s anonymous. Chicago area is terrible. Low morale. Everyone quits after 6-12 mont
Change management team. Get 360 feedback from sales reps. Stop nepotism and revenge.
My Sales Manager is always looking for negatives which he uses as controlling over supervision. He makes me feel like he demands obedience to his request or comments which is usually insulting to my intelligence and 50 years in direct sales and marketing experience. Micro Management is insulting.
Leaders that care, not the ones that just talk.
Better leadership and better connection/ communication to employees in the field.
Treat the people like person not like animals
Work/life balance. I get up at 4:30 am to be at work at 6am (start work time) leave the office at 4pm and then am on-call until 9:30, then have to answer e-mails to GM until 11:30pm. It's hard to see my kids, see my wife, family or even make a sandwich for dinner.
