Contractor relationships are imperative to have a happy workforce. That is not conducive in San Diego.

Equity conditions may needs to clean house. Fire 60-70 percent and start over. Awful communications. Support. Get honest people with integrity.
Completey change culture. Get rid of managers that have been there for over 10 years. Change the meat grinder mentality. Respect sales reps and their opinions. Stop extreme nepotism. Managers to sales reps. As long as you have been there for 10 years you will get best leads.
Unorganized and unorganized with no clear direction.
Allow reps to control more of the pricing instead of making them call in to beg for a discount for their client.
