Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very kind, but really so home grown, they lack experience, awareness, and basic skills to lead a company moving into a larger, more global and competitive space. Not prepared and too unaware to get it.
Great boss and person to work for.
A lot of these reviews are by people working at a different company down south, but as far as Emsi based in Idaho, it's a top notch company with a culture second to none. Really great place to work, great mission as well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get on the same page and quit playing with people's source of income
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses that they give us
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Could be paid more but the work life balance is great
What are some of the best things about your team?
All very nice people, but 95% white men.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Keep personal lives and drama away from work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice people, all well intentioned.
Our leaders truly put people first, and truly prioritize blessing our customers, blessing the employees, and blessing the shareholders, in that order.

What did you like most about the interview process?
What I like best about dinner. What process was there was it multiple times that I had to come back to interview again and again it was a one time interview and I was hired after that

I’ve got a couple accolades and those babies and it feels really good to be recognized for the hard
