A better profit sharing program and hsa program
I have never had an opportunity for a total, truthful evaluation and I've been here for 2 years.
Promotions are not being given with moving around mangers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We need to be able to talk to each other and support each other when our supervisor is not communicating properly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There aren't any Environment reviews of EN Engineering yet.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I didnt have an interview. The manager just said "do you have any questions because I dont"
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Communication about every aspect of our jobs. Our supervisor will tell different team members on the same project different information. So one person knows to look for a 670 and one person doesn't.
