What did you like most about the interview process?It was very organized and I could tell that conversations were happening between the interview team as I progressed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The culture is that of accountability, teamwork and hustle but one of the things I love most is how transparent the culture is. It's hard work but most employees know where they and the company stand and how they are performing.
What are some of the best things about your team?My team is engaged and accountable from top to bottom. Our goals are aligned so we have work in common but also take the time to build team culture.
