401(k) match is 6% and a "pension" that grows between 4-7% based upon points.
High salary and decent bonus. Great pension.
Good benefits for health. On paper the alternative working options are nice, but employees tend to work on days off. Scheduled day off each month was nice, if able to take it.

Restore the wage rollbacks now
Not enough comp for output and overtime put in. Pinching pennies while missing out on dollars.
Our insurance is convoluted. I've experienced in network provider changes mid year. When you spli your focus between job performance and managing your benefits everyone loses.
7% pay cut it in east Canada in past 3 years for management, yet only 3% for Alberta
