The positive include individual employee interactions with peers. Otherwise the workplace culture can be very toxic.

Work hard but have fun
Safety is key to everything Enbridge does....it is engrained in the culture. Training, constant reminders with safety moments in every presentation. They learn from their mistakes and STRIVE to not repeat those makes by sharing the observations and solutions to any past error.
