Understanding process flow and roles
Executive team is invisible to line employees.
Promote more of a true leadership mentality rather than continued promotion of "boss" personalities.

High salary and decent bonus. Great pension.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Restore the wage rollbacks now
Not enough comp for output and overtime put in. Pinching pennies while missing out on dollars.
Our insurance is convoluted. I've experienced in network provider changes mid year. When you spli your focus between job performance and managing your benefits everyone loses.
7% pay cut it in east Canada in past 3 years for management, yet only 3% for Alberta

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They give a high emphasis on work life balance and mental heatlh. Safety is paramount.
The positive include individual employee interactions with peers. Otherwise the workplace culture can be very toxic.
Good environment where no one judges you for who you are
Knowing your team leader cares and gets that there should be a work life balance

Direct without the fluff. We were all professionals just having a conversation seeing if we are a fit fir eachother.

We say we put safety, integrity and respect first, but the company is too bottom-line focused. The company needs to live up to its stated values in that it does the right thing, is seen doing the right thing, and in that order.
