Our insurance is convoluted. I've experienced in network provider changes mid year. When you spli your focus between job performance and managing your benefits everyone loses.

Process from application to interview to job offer takes months.
We say we put safety, integrity and respect first, but the company is too bottom-line focused. The company needs to live up to its stated values in that it does the right thing, is seen doing the right thing, and in that order.
