Leadership and professionalism, essentially everything needs improvement.
They need to stop the toxic atmosphere and take a look at why the talent keeps leaving

Lower management roles are very demanding and dynamic. The pay less than people who report to me.
The leadership team's bonus is dependant on the work we perform and they get the bonus and we get nothing.

They are very mean and selfish
Professionalism, most of my peers spend more time talking trash about other coworkers not on the call.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reevaluate the c-suite executives and all people managers as most are not qualified to lead.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They just need warm bodies to keep up with the turn over rate
no one gives a rats butt because everyone is so tired of this place. We are all so overworked and underpaid that peopoe just don't care
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Turn over rate is high due to tbe toxic work environment, most of the people getting promoted is political, social, and favoritism based.
