Ambitious but understanding. Strong understanding of the market and problem space.

Awesome leaders. They always take care of employees.

Leads by example. I'm never afraid to disagree with leadership and have a good conversation about anything. Management listens, takes the feedback, and actually puts it to use. Leadership has a ton of experience and knows what they are doing.

- Good bonus - Properly distributed components.

Compensation and shares are fair for my role. Benefits are good for a company this size. More swag is always appreciated!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation should reflect the expertise one brings into the company. For remote workers, it would be nice to doordash lunches or other well-being activities. This could be improved

as per market standards and should depend on the performance than negotiation

Given the startup nature, compensation is understandably limited. While not joining for cash, better recognition of contributions, perhaps through equity or bonuses, would enhance the feeling of being valued.

Everyone respects one another and I've never heard "that's not my job". Everyone contributes and wants to see one another succeed. Collaboration is great across teams

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Strong sense of personal responsibility, but bolstered by supportive and curious folks. There are no stupid questions. Everyone does their best to help each other and insure that knowledge is shared.

Transparency is really good here. Nobody hides anything from anyone. We all know how the company is doing, what management is thinking and where they see the company going

What did you like most about the interview process?

There are technical questions, but the focus leans more towards attitude and interpersonal skills. No gotcha questions, no hoops for the sake of hoops.

Quick and efficient process with constant update and feedback.

The interviewers took time out to first explain themselves and the culture of the company. They constantly check on your comfort levels. Their answers are quite open.

I appreciated the interview process for its straightforwardness and efficiency. It was quick yet comprehensive, allowing for a clear understanding of the role and the company's expectations.
