What did you like most about the interview process?There are technical questions, but the focus leans more towards attitude and interpersonal skills. No gotcha questions, no hoops for the sake of hoops.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Strong sense of personal responsibility, but bolstered by supportive and curious folks. There are no stupid questions. Everyone does their best to help each other and insure that knowledge is shared.
