We really have a team mentality and look to bring each other up, but sharing information, notes and always being open for a call.

The leadership team is transparent and will always be honest. You know what you get and where you stand as well as the company has a whole.
What makes you most happy at work?
The challenge. Every single day I'm working harder than I did the day before, finding ways to be more efficient and effective and I'm constantly learning from my co-workers.

The we are in this together mentality and we all want to win. It's more than just a job, it's a commitment to building a successful company and everyone is on the same page about this.
