Many things in this company need improvement, but it should start with our incompetent and lackluster leadership. The pay definitely needs a bump as well.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership should set a clearer direction for the company and provide better support to employees. There really isn't any room for growth and learning in the current work environment.
