I feel like it is a great place to work. Most people that work here are happy and outgoing. The management all enjoy being in the company and want the employees and the company to succeed. It's work hard play hard so we have a lot of events and those that go the extra mile are recognized.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Once you started to 'qualify' you met with your team for a Q and A.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do my work how I think it should be done best and all that matters is what the final result looks like.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate really. We are all friends and work towards a common goal. We get the job done but still take time to talk and interact throughout the day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My boss is very willing to give me a few days off if I need it. I have all the benefits I currently need along with good life insurance and the 401K boost is pretty nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't micromanaging. We are goal oriented but the company has a very empowering culture so we have a long leash. The CEO tries really hard to have everyone act and feel like friends and families.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leadership Team is very empowering. EL is known for having their Senior Account Manager and Account Executives working with Account Manager. They give you a lot of guidance and support personally and the VP's are really nice guys that care about their employees.
