What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has been very supportive of me personally. Also, their actions demonstrate looking out for the best interest of employees and patients alike, as well as the community at large.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to feedback instead of invalidating it and making excuses.
Listen. Look for top leaders and recruit from outside the organization. Embrace experts in their fields, value the staff, help them feel supported and heard. Compassion and caring are not weakness but could be our strongest assets. Companies that support their team come out on top. Get to know us.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At employee orientation, they request you make donations to the organization/ foundation with a paycheck deduction; unbelievable.
Underpaid makes me feel unvalued for all the education I did
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working and collaborative. Focused on teamwork and high trust.
Fellow co-workers who are committed and over past couple of years were willing to risk their lives during pandemic; can never thank people enough for that.
I really appreciate the attitudes, professionalism, caring nature of our team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop thinking they are superior to others and learn better deneamer
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Coworkers. There are pockets of departments within the organization that are good. I have worked here 11 years and have experienced the good and bad areas. The bad is unbearable.
We strive to be patient centered in our actions. Decisions made in the best interest of the patient are consistently supported by administration.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the bullying; engage staff to hear how we can improve work flow and better meet patients' needs. Invest in leadership development, then allow people to lead.
