At employee orientation, they request you make donations to the organization/ foundation with a paycheck deduction; unbelievable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fellow co-workers who are committed and over past couple of years were willing to risk their lives during pandemic; can never thank people enough for that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop the bullying; engage staff to hear how we can improve work flow and better meet patients' needs. Invest in leadership development, then allow people to lead.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen. Look for top leaders and recruit from outside the organization. Embrace experts in their fields, value the staff, help them feel supported and heard. Compassion and caring are not weakness but could be our strongest assets. Companies that support their team come out on top. Get to know us.
