What makes you most happy at work?Going home makes me happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The openness. It is not a traditional heirarchy. The CEO is easily accessible and doesn't look at anyone as too small to respect.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?It is very flexible. Everyone is able to work in ways that suit them and help them be most productive. Individual offices instead of cubicle farms helps with privacy and concentration.
