Clinton M. Haris — Senior Vice President and General Manager of Microcontamination Control at Entegris

Mr. Clinton M. Haris, also known as Clint has been Senior Vice President and General Manager of Microcontamination Control at Entegris, Inc. since July 2016. Prior to that, Mr. Haris served as Vice President of Liquid Microcontamination Control since August 2014. Prior to joining Entegris, Mr. Haris served as Senior Vice President of Brooks Life Science Systems at Brooks Automation, Inc. from July 2011 to December 19, 2013. Mr. Haris served as Senior Vice President of New Business of Brooks Automation Inc. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Systems Solutions at Brooks Automation Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Haris is responsible for the engineering, marketing and operations of Brooks' vacuum and atmospheric systems. Since joining Brooks in 2000, Mr. Haris has served in a variety of executive roles across Brooks' Product as well as Services Groups. Prior to Brooks, Mr. Haris worked for Motorola, Inc. where he was a member of the technical staff. At Motorola, Mr. Haris was part of the team responsible for developing 300mm semiconductor manufacturing technology as well as producing the world's first 300mm wafers. Mr. Haris has over ten patents granted or pending as well as Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees from Cornell University.
