What are some of the best things about your team?
engaging and concise. Time is not wasting having meetings about meetings. It is a just do it culture and it seems everyone is looking to get things done.

What did you like most about the interview process?
There are a team of people, and they get together and discuss what they want as a new hire. The new manager style is hire who he wants at that point what is the point of doing the interview.
Was able to have a casual conversation before the initial interview and also was able to meet alot of the team prior to making a decision to joint the company.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping, being a contributor makes me feel very happy at work. We all want to do a good job, having recognition is great. They have great advancement opportunities.
Ability to support my team and engage in continuous improvement of everything from finances to shift schedule to production cycle.
