Executive Bio
Mr. Corey Rucci is a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Entegris, Inc. and served as its Vice President of Business Development since February 2014. Mr. Rucci is responsible for commercialization of emerging businesses, as well as merger and acquisition activities. Mr. Rucci joined Entegris in 2008 as part of the Poco Graphite, Inc. acquisition. He is leading Entegris' integration of ATMI, a company it acquired in 2014. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Specialty Materials Division at Entegris. Prior to that, he held Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and President positions at Poco Graphite (now an Entegris business) and served its prevous owners, Unocal Corp, in accounting, marketing and M&A positions since 1981. Mr. Rucci received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1981 and gained his CPA certification in 1982. He later received an MBA with a concentration in finance from Depaul University in 1991.
