Mr. Gregory B. Graves has been the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer at ATMI Inc. since April 30, 2014. Mr. Graves has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Entegris, Inc. since September 2006 and since July 2008 respectively and serves as its Treasurer. He has extensive experience in accounting, investment banking as well as corporate development. He served as Senior Vice President of Entegris Inc. from April 2007 to July 2008 and served as its Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning since August 6, 2008 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Graves served as the Chief Business Development Officer of Entegris Inc. since September 2002 and served as its Senior Vice President of Finance from August 2003 to August 2004. He held positions in investment banking and corporate development, including at U.S. BanCorp. Piper Jaffray from June 1998 to August 2002 and at Dain Rauscher from October 1996 to May 1998. He held positions with Deloitte and Touche, General Motors, The Pillsbury Company and RBC Capital Markets. He has been a Director of Plug Power Inc. since May 10, 2017. He has been Director at ATMI Inc. since April 30, 2014. He served as Director of Therma-wave Inc. from December 15, 2005 to May 18, 2007. He is Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Graves holds a B.S. and Masters in Accounting from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
