Gregory Bryan Marshall — Senior Vice President of Quality, EHS & Entegris Business Support at Entegris

Mr. Gregory Bryan Marshall, also known as Greg, serves as Senior Vice President of Quality, EHS & Entegris Business Support at Entegris, Inc. since August 2016. Mr. Marshall served as Vice President of Quality EHS Data Management at Entegris, Inc. since March 2010 and served as its Vice President of Quality EHS Data Management. He joined Entegris as Director of International Quality in 2005 as part of the merger with Mykrolis. In his current role, he oversees global quality, environmental health and safety and product data management, a position he began in 2007. Most recently, Mr. Marshall led the implementation of the SPC infrastructure systems at Entegris and in 2010 he retained responsibility for global product master data within Entegris' SAP system. Prior to joining Entegris, he worked at Mykrolis / Millipore as Global Quality Director for Millipore's Semiconductor Division. He also worked for 10 years at Kokusai Semiconductor Equipment Corporation as Director of Quality for North America Operations - Vertical Diffusion Furnace Manufacturing. He has over 25 years experience in the semiconductor industry. Mr. Marshall received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA.
