Mr. Michael D. Sauer has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Entegris, Inc since June 22, 2012 and has been its Controller since 2008. Mr. Sauer served as a Director of Treasury and Risk Management from the August 2005 Merger of Mykrolis Corporation into Entegris, Inc until April 2008. Mr. Sauer joined Fluoroware, Inc., in 1988 and held a variety of finance and accounting positions until 2001 when he became the Director of Business Development for the successor to Fluoroware, Entegris, Inc., , serving in that position until the above referenced merger.
