Mr. Todd J. Edlund has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Entegris, Inc. since November 2014 and July 11, 2016 respectively. Mr. Edlund served as Senior Vice President of Entegris, Inc. since November 2014 until July 11, 2016 and also served as its Vice President since 2005 and General Manager of Contamination Control Solutions Division since December 2007. He served as the Vice President and General Manager at Entegris, Inc.'s Liquid Systems Business Unit from 2005 to 2007 and its Vice President of Sales for semiconductor markets from 2003 to 2005 and prior to 2003, he held a variety of positions with its predecessor companies since 1995. Before joining Entegris, Mr. Edlund held a variety of engineering and management positions at Goodrich Aerospace, Aircraft Sensors Division.
