This is my final comment as I have work to do. My issue is I work in Atlanta a market that is 35% African American. I don't see that represented in the management of departments crucial to the success of the Atlanta office. i.e. marketing and sales.

I did not interview with Entercom. I worked for a number of companies that merged ultimately with Entercom
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
getting feed back from their employees and not just the ones that look like upper management. They claim to represent the community but on a corporate level they are not represented and if they are you cant tell. Covid 19 and the George Floyd murder uncovered much.
