Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in their front-line and focus on serving their lower level employees. They truly believe if we are successful, they are successful. Corporate is always saying, "We work for YOU." Best place I've ever worked.
I like almost all of the leaders on the team.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
getting feed back from their employees and not just the ones that look like upper management. They claim to represent the community but on a corporate level they are not represented and if they are you cant tell. Covid 19 and the George Floyd murder uncovered much.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Much of it is through Union membership
Decent insurance and adequate vacation days
In sales we have a small base plus commission and a bonus structure. Enough for security plus a "control your own destiny" aspect where you can make as much as you want with hard work!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don’t feel undervalued, I feel very valued personally but my bank account doesn’t at the moment. That could be because I am new with the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Commitment to journalism and information.
They are seasoned and knowledgable.
Mostly everyone on the team are welcoming and nice to be around

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very Positive Environment and nice culture
We all mostly seem to get along
Very positive environment. People are here to encourage you, brainstorm, collaborate, and listen. Leadership defers to your judgement and trusts you to know your job/clients best. Management is on the frontlines with us in sales WITHOUT micromanaging. Here when we need them, gone when we don't.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I did not interview with Entercom. I worked for a number of companies that merged ultimately with Entercom
Environment and people were positive
Felt like a conversation. Was very comfortable. They didn't ask a lot of interview questions but instead had an open dialogue about what I wanted and what they needed to determine if we were a good fit. The interviews were long but casual. I had 5 or 6.

Problem solving and helping customers
Working for a company that supports me, having the best products to offer to our clients, working for a company that is socially responsible.
