Mr. Phillip R. May, Jr., has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Entergy Louisiana, LLC since February 1, 2013. Mr. May served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. Mr. May served as Vice President of Regulatory Services for Utility Business at Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. since 2002 until February 1, 2013. He supported regulatory activities including rate design and administration, regulatory accounting and strategy in all of Entergy's five retail regulatory jurisdictions. He joined Entergy in 1986 and served as a Rates and Regulatory Affairs Engineer and a Financial Analyst and Planner for Entergy's Louisiana utility operations. Mr. May held key roles related to the negotiation of long-term wholesale power contracts, as well as acquisition activities, both domestic and international. He has been the Chairman and Director of Entergy Louisiana, LLC since February 1,2013. He served as the Chairman and Director of Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, L.L.C. since February 1,2013. He has been a Director of Greater New Orleans Inc. since February 27, 2017. He serves as a Director of Second Harvest Food Bank of Acadiana. He serves as a Trustee of the Nature Conservancy of Louisiana. He has been a Director of New Orleans Branch at Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since January 1, 2014. He served as a Director of Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since November 7, 2013. He completed the mergers and acquisitions program at the Wharton School in Philadelphia. Mr. May has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana at Lafayette and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.
