They are so friendly and welcoming. They try their best to keep work interesting, since what I would do would be answering phones.

I do not feel undervalued, but my compensation is below market value
What are some of the best things about your team?
They enjoy coming in and working hard, but also having fun. We have an organization that supports each other and everyone is always willing to help.
Teams are self-motivated and willing to help each other when making sales.

Leadership really drives diversity and inclusion and making sure everyone is involved

What did you like most about the interview process?
It progressed quickly and smoothly, there was no guessing about next steps or where I stood
I liked that they asked me to describe my favorite restaurant. This was a way to see if I could sell something I was passionate about.

I enjoy what I do and the challenge my job provides me each day
It makes me happy when I sell a cruise and the guest is happy with it.
