What do you like best about the leadership team?
Hands off managerial style allows for employees to pave their own path yet open door policy allows for mentorship when needed.
They give you the tools you need to be efficient and successful and then get out of your way

What is the best part about your compensation package?
everyone is tied to overall performance so we all work in unison

Uncapped commissions and monthly residuals
I love that my compensation plan is set up where the more deals I sell the more % I make per each deal.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is collaborative and genuinely helpful to everyone. Fun competition.
Everyone is focused and truly interested in getting the company to the next level. Jobbers don't last very long here
Our team is very focused; yet know when to have fun in the office. I enjoy coming to work thanks to the team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a foosball table and a TV playing reruns of our favorite shows but you never see anyone slacking off. There's a time and place. Everyone knows when it's time to work we work, when it's time to play, we play!
We take our work seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously
