Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Rent Dynamics and Entrada are not giving me my PTO I asked for in June for August 23-24 it was approved

I am overworked because the pay scale is not on par of post-Covid workforce and I am expected to perform two jobs. Either hire more, or pay me more for dual roles.

Level 1 Managers need more training on being leaders. They lack coaching skills, provide zero constructive feedback, and do not lead by example in the best ways

The pay is lagging behind comparable pay in the local area for the same type of job.

Passed over too many times

I would like more pay for what i do.

The work is so stressful - they should be starting at $20 hour

I think more time off and some PTO options.
