They are constantly learning and getting better at what they do. Learning the energy industry is the most daunting task that you can't ever check off the list. DI folks are passionate about the industry and want to help others figure it out. They are competitive against their status quo and social.

I find that DI has been super flexible and I am always able to work around personal conflicts firing the work week. I also am able to unplug after work.
