Knowing that I am a part of building the foundation for the sales team at what is and will continue to be a great company backed by a fantastic product.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There's a tone of excitement to all that we do, which is definitely set forth by Larry and by our Head of People Ops, Zen. We frequently have company events to celebrate work accomplishments and give employees a chance to bond and get to know each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The sales team is growing rapidly at Envoy, and everyone is committed to making an impact on our bottom line. My team members are also incredibly willing to help new hires learn more about the product, and work together on creating sustainable sales processes to make our team more efficient.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Larry, our CEO, genuinely cares about continuing to foster a strong company culture at Envoy. He's very involved in the hiring process for new employees (even when they wouldn't report directly to him), and he goes out of his way to make new hires feel welcome by getting to know them personally.
