What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are by far the best part about Envoy. Not only are my coworkers extremely sharp and hardworking, but everyone here is incredibly kind and welcoming especially to new team members. I also love that quirkiness is encouraged and being different is the norm.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package! The best by far is health care coverage with Envoy paying 99% of the monthly cost for myself and my partner (including vision and dental). There are also a ton of bonus perks like monthly Lyft credits, commuter benefits, catered lunches, gym stipend, and fun company events.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and the open communication. Everyone here has the same goal in mind and that's to make Envoy as successful as possible. It really feels like everyone is on the same team and is excited to be here. It's a low ego environment full of exceptional people who all bring a unique perspective.
