Being appreciated in a specific capacity or for a specific action. Most times that comes from customers, many times from peers and sometimes from internal leadership.
Working with great people, and seeing the incredible impact we make every day.
My team is positive and supportive. The work I do feels important and meaningful.
Pay even though it could be improved
Travel, pre-covid. Campus is nice.
Being challenged, variety of work, knowing I'm making a positive impact in healthcare.
I like that I don't have to travel 100% of the time, but I get to on occasion
